Abstract
El artículo analiza cómo se refleja el contexto social y político que
antecedió a la actual situación de crisis económica en la película La caja 507
(2002). El estudio, centrado en cuestiones narratológicas y formales, se
complementa con un estado de la cuestión en el que se ofrecen las
principales características del género de la película –cine negro- y de la
filmografía de su director, Enrique Urbizu.
The paper analyzes how the film La caja 507 reflects the social and political context of Spain before the period of crisis economic. The paper studies narrative and formal topics, and makes a relationship between the film and the characteristics of film noir and Enrique Urbizu’s cinema.
