Abstract
La sentencia del Tribunal Constitucional de 15 de febrero de 2021 establece los límites al control jurisdiccional del laudo, confirmando el principio de mínima intervención de los órganos jurisdiccionales en el arbitraje. El Tribunal Constitucional delimita el concepto de orden público, así como el del arbitraje de equidad y establece las reglas para la motivación del laudo
The judgment of the Constitutional Court of 15 february 2021 establishes the limits to the jurisdictional control of award, confirming the principle of minimal intervention of state courts in arbitration.
