Abstract
La aparición en el mercado de fármacos de alto costo y el creciente número de indicaciones médicas de
fármacos no contemplados en las prestaciones sanitarias, han determinado un creciente número de
acciones de amparo a nivel judicial. La judicialización de la medicina aumenta el trabajo judicial, el trabajo
pericial y lleva a una derivación de recursos económicos de por sí limitados.
The appearance of high-cost drugs on the market and the growing number of medical indications for drugs not included in health services have led to an increasing number of judicial protection actions.
