dc.description.abstract	La Constitución de 1978 proclamó la forma política de nuestro Estado a través del artículo 1.3 del título preliminar. En virtud de esta disposición constitucional, nuestro Estado se configuró como una monarquía parlamentaria reconociendo, en consecuencia, la figura del rey como jefe del Estado, lo que conllevó que en el título II de la CE se regulara la Corona y surgiera su régimen jurídico en lo dispuesto en los artículos 56 a 65. La regulación constitucional de la Corona ha sido objeto de una extensa doctrina a lo largo de los años de vigencia de la Constitución, ya que, en ocasiones, la redacción constitucional resulta exigua haciendo difícil su aplicación o, incluso, haciendo surgir la necesidad de revisar algunos de los preceptos. Esta tesis tiene como objetivos abordar el examen del régimen constitucional de la Corona, para lo cual se analizan los preceptos del título II de la Constitución. Asimismo, se examina la regulación normativa de la Corona realizada a través de reales decretos. Este estudio dogmático tiene como finalidad servir de premisa para el posterior análisis del desarrollo del régimen constitucional de la Corona ante la insuficiente regulación de determinadas cuestiones e, incluso, ante los silencios normativos existentes. Igualmente, se estudian diferentes técnicas legislativas y normativas y la posibilidad de reforma de algunos preceptos de este título. A esta investigación, se suma el análisis e interpretación de los resultados obtenidos en una encuesta realizada por estudiantes universitarios sobre el conocimiento, actitudes y comportamientos que estos presentan ante el régimen jurídico de la Corona. Una vez examinado el régimen jurídico vigente y la posibilidad de desarrollar el título II, se han formulado propuestas formales, así como otras propuestas materiales para el desarrollo del título II. Finalmente, entre las propuestas materiales formuladas, existirían determinados preceptos que quedarían exentos de reforma y desarrollo, otros que requerirían de una revisión constitucional previa a su desarrollo y, finalmente, otros preceptos que serían objeto de desarrollo. En la tesis se ha utilizado la metodología jurídica-dogmática a través del estudio e interpretación de los preceptos constitucionales del título II, del resto de la normativa reglamentaria y jurisprudencia relevante en la materia y de la bibliografía publicada sobre el objeto de estudio de esta investigación.	es
dc.description.abstract	The 1978 Constitution proclaimed the political form of our State through article 1.3 of the preliminary title. By virtue of this constitutional provision, our State was configured as a parliamentary monarchy, consequently recognising the figure of the King as Head of State, which led to the regulation of the Crown in title II of the EC and the emergence of its legal regime in the provisions of articles 56 to 65. The constitutional regulation of the Crown has been the subject of extensive doctrine over the years that the Constitution has been in force, given that, on occasions, the constitutional wording is meagre, making it difficult to apply or even making it necessary to revise some of the precepts. This thesis aims to examine the constitutional regime of the Crown by analysing the precepts of title II of the Constitution. It also examines the normative regulation of the Crown carried out through royal decrees. The purpose of this dogmatic study is to serve as a premise for the subsequent analysis of the development of the constitutional regime of the Crown in the face of the insufficient regulation of certain issues and even in the face of the existing regulatory silences. It also studies different legislative and regulatory techniques and the possibility of reforming some of the precepts of this title. In addition to this research, an analysis and interpretation of the results obtained in a survey carried out among university students on their knowledge, attitudes and behaviour with regard to the legal regime of the Crown is also carried out. Once the current legal system and the possibility of developing title II had been examined, formal proposals were formulated, as well as other material proposals for the development of title II. Finally, among the material proposals formulated, there are certain precepts that would be exempt from reform and development, others that would require a constitutional revision prior to their development and, finally, other precepts that would be subject to development. The thesis has used the legal-dogmatic methodology through the study and interpretation of the constitutional precepts of title II, the rest of the relevant regulations and jurisprudence on the subject and the bibliography published on the object of study of this research.	es
