Description
Abstract
social.
Abstract: This paper uses the analytical and hermeneutic tracking to resolve the sophism of the three prisoners, which Lacan included in his 1945 article «Logical Time and the Assertion of Anticipated Certainty. A new sophism». What we proposed with it was to show the importance of alterity as a crucial element for reflecting on desire. The relevance of the «other» appears, then, not only as an essential complement for the constitution of the subject, but rather also as the ontological basis that makes this subject be a desirous being, with the power of language and focussed on action, that is, a human being tied to a social network.
