| dc.description.abstract | Many types of ectopies have been described in the human body (gastric, endometrial tissue, among others). Ectopies of glial or neuroglial tissue are less frequent, being described above all in the midline. We report the presence of glial tissue in the ear (neuroglial choristoma of the middle ear) with cholesteatomatous remnants that debuted with hearing loss. No contact with brain parenchyma was identified. | es |
