Abstract
El artículo examina dos recientes colecciones de
cuentos, escritas ambas por dos profesores de
literatura. Tras indicar lo adecuado que resulta el
cuento para la experimentación literaria en el
momento actual, describe ambos libros y exami-
na su característica fundamental, común a los
dos: superar la libertad de interpretación propia
del receptor, mediante una deliberada técnica de
seleccionar el lector ideal que será aquel que
puede desentrañar con éxito las múltiples refe-
rencias que en los cuentos hay. Para esa selección
se cuenta con dos instrumentos básicos: las lectu-
ras de los autores, su biografía lectora, que el
receptor debe compartir (aunque ello no se indi-
ca) para comprender en su totalidad los textos, y
el humor, un humor que selecciona a aquellos que
tiene la misma visión irónica, crítica, de la pro-
pia literatura y de la vida, que el autor manifies-
ta. Al final, el autor busca a un lector como él, se
busca a sí mismo
The article examines two recent collections of stories, written both for two teachers of literature. After indicating the suitable thing that turns out to be the story for the literary experimentation in the current moment, itdescribes both books and examines his fundamental, common characteris- tic to the two: to overcome the freedom of own interpretation of the recipient, by means of a deli- berate technology of to select the ideal reader who will be that one that can uncover success- fully the multiple references that in the stories exist. For this selection one possesses two basic instruments: the readings of the authors, his rea- ding biography, which the recipient must share (though it is not indicated) to understandin its entirety the texts, and the humor, a humor that selects those that there has the same ironic, criti- cal vision, of the own literature and of the life, which the author demonstrates. Ultimately, the author looks for a reader as him, is looked to yes same.
