Abstract
Esta comunicación trata sobre las contribuciones al conocimiento teóricopráctico
de los profesionales a partir de los Trabajos Fin de Grado (TFG) defendidos en la Facultad de
Trabajo Social de Cuenca de la Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha. Material y métodos. Consiste en un
estudio observacional descriptivo, de ámbito temporal longitudinal retrospectivo que analiza los TFG
elaborados por estudiantes acogidos a la modalidad de cuarto curso de Grado adaptado para Diplomados/
as en Trabajo Social ofertada por la Facultad de Cuenca (UCLM) durante el periodo 2010 a 2013
(tres cursos académicos consecutivos) con el objetivo de recoger aportaciones teóricas de las distintas
experiencias profesionales. Resultados y discusión. Se seleccionaron 18 TFG de los cursos 2010-2011,
2011-2012 y 2012-2013, 9 pertenecientes a profesionales de ámbito público y 9 de ámbito privado,
con calificaciones entre 8 y 10. Todos los temas de los TFG guardan relación directa con el ámbito y la
experiencia profesional del autor/a que lo realiza y por ende al tipo de conocimiento al que contribuyen
es el denominado derivado de la práctica. Como propuesta de futuro sería conveniente incorporar
reflexividad, auto-reflexión crítica y sistematización de la práctica como elemento de mejora de la
intervención social
This paper discusses the theoretical and practical contributions to the knowl-edge of professionals from the Undergraduate Dissertation defended at the Faculty of Social Work at the University of Cuenca Castilla-La Mancha. Material and methods. This is a descriptive study, tempo-ral longitudinal retrospective analyzes TFG field that produced by students visiting the fourth modality Degree course adapted for Graduates in Social Work offered by the Faculty of Cuenca (UCLM) for the period 2010 to 2013 (three consecutive academic years) in order to collect theoretical contributions of the different professional experiences. Results and discussion. 18 Undergraduate Dissertation of 2010-2011, 2011-2012 and 2012-2013, 9 professionals belonging to the public sphere and 9 the private sphere, 8 with scores between and 10 courses were selected. All topics of Undergraduate Dissertation directly related to the scope and expertise of the author who performed and therefore the kind of knowledge that contribute to it is called derivative practice. As proposed future would be desirable to incorporate reflexivity, critical self-reflection and systematization of practice as part of improving social intervention.
