Abstract
El objeto de esta investigación es analizar la competitividad de las empresas de servicios en España y México, centrándose en factores externos que influyen en el sector.
Para ello, se llevó a cabo un análisis cuantitativo a través de un cuestionario, con una muestra de 240 empresas en ambos países. Los resultados revelaron que factores como la inflación, problemas burocráticos, corrupción política y la infraestructura logística son considerados relevantes para la competitividad de las pymes en ambos países. Se observaron diferencias en la valoración de los factores entre sectores y países, con consultores especializados en mipymes otorgando mayor importancia a estos factores. Además, se identificó la necesidad de políticas de apoyo a las pymes, especialmente en áreas como la ausencia de políticas públicas. The purpose of this research is to analyze the competitiveness of service companies in Spain and Mexico, focusing on external factors that influence the sector. To do this, a quantitative analysis was conducted through a questionnaire, with a sample of 240 companies in both countries. The results revealed that factors such as inflation, bureaucratic problems, political corruption, and logistics infrastructure are considered relevant for the competitiveness of SMEs in both countries. Differences in the assessment of factors between sectors and countries were observed, with specialized consultants in SMEs assigning greater importance to these factors. Additionally, the need for support policies for SMEs was identified, especially in areas such as the absence of public policies. Implications include the design of public policies by governments, personalized advice from consulting firms, and the identification of areas for improvement by SMEs.
