Abstract
La inserción laboral de las mujeres y
su creciente formación académica abren quizás,
por primera vez en la historia, las puertas a la conquista
de una identidad femenina propia, plural,
dinámica, en continuo proceso de construcción.
Mujeres flexibles capaces de gobernar autónomamente
sus propias vidas, tanto en el plano económico
y profesional como en el plano afectivo y
familiar. En primer lugar, se abordan los efectos
de la globalización sobre el trabajo y el empleo
en el marco de una economía informacional. En
segundo lugar, se establecen los principales factores
que originan una creciente inserción de las
mujeres en el mercado laboral. Y, en tercer lugar,
se analizan brevemente algunas de las consecuencias
que ese aumento de la tasa de empleo femenino
trae consigo: la redefinición de las relaciones
entre hombres y mujeres, especialmente en el
terreno profesional, matrimonial y sexual
The insertion of women in labour market and their increasing level of academic education give them, perhaps for first the time in history, the possibility to conquer a flexible, open, plural and dynamic identity.
