Abstract
En España se ha planteado la necesidad de una nueva formación
profesional que permita a los alumnos tener una actividad laboral
productiva desde el mismo momento en que terminan sus estudios y
se incorporan a un proceso productivo. Para diseñarla se han formado
equipos de trabajo tecnológicos y educativos; los primeros, integrados
por empresarios, definen las necesidades del mundo laboral en su
área de competencia y las cualificaciones profesionales requeridas
en el empleo; los segundos definen la formación necesaria para
alcanzar dichas competencias profesionales.

To design it teams of technology and education were formed, first ones, made up by businessmen, define the needs of labour on his own field and the requirements for professional qualifications in the job; second ones define the education that is necessary to become a qualified worker.
