dc.description.abstract	El Análisis Crítico del Discurso comprende diversas técnicas y estrategias que le permiten al investigador indagar las relaciones dadas entre la sociedad y su discurso, desde una crítica social. Este tipo de metodología permite observar las imágenes cognitivas del Otro y las consecuencias que estas representaciones generan en las relaciones; particularmente, en la construcción de identidades sociales -tal como las representaciones del mundo, que pueden ser reales o imaginarias- . Uno de los propósitos de esta metodología es el de observar el grado de influencia que tienen los discursos en las maneras de pensar (y actuar) de los interlocutores, así como en la verificación (y legitimación) de los sistemas de valores. En este artículo pretendemos realizar un breve recorrido por la genealogía de esta metodología con el fin de brindar los aspectos claves para su consideración por parte de los cientistas sociales y humanistas	es
dc.description.abstract	The Critical Discourse Analysis comprises various techniques and strategies that allow the researcher to investigate the relationships between society and its discourse, from a social critique. This type of methodology allows us to observe the cognitive images of the Other and the consequences that these representations generate in relationships; particularly, in the construction of social identities -such as representations of the world, that can be real or imaginary-. One of the purposes of this methodology is to observe the degree of influence that discourses have on the ways of thinking (and acting) of interlocutors, as well as on the verification (and legitimization) of value systems. In this article we intend to take a brief look at the genealogy of this methodology to provide the key aspects for consideration by social and/or humanist scientists.	es
