Abstract
El presente artículo pretende hacer un análisis sobre los beneficios de las terapias artísticas
para los pacientes que padecen la enfermedad de Alzheimer. Esta enfermedad, al quedar partes
del cerebro seriamente dañadas, provoca que los pacientes olviden momentos importantes de
su vida, llegando incluso a perder su identidad. A través de diferentes actuaciones artísticas, se
ha comprobado cómo al estimular la memoria se pueden crear nuevas conexiones neuronales
favoreciendo así el funcionamiento de la memoria
ABSTRACT: The current article intends to do an analysis on the benefits of artistic therapies for patients suffering from Alzheimer. This illness, since it produces serious damages in some areas of their brain, provokes that the patients forget important moments in their lives, losing even their own identity. Through different artistic ways of acting, it has been proved that as the memory is stimulated, new neuronal connections can be created favoring in this way the functioning of their memory
