Abstract
En el presente trabajo se analizan estadísticamente las sentencias de
homicidios dolosos y asesinatos juzgados por la Audiencia Provincial de Murcia desde el año
2007 hasta el 2017. El estudio permite conocer con exactitud, para el periodo donde tuvieron
lugar los hechos juzgados (1998-2017), el número de asesinatos y homicidios dolosos, su grado
de consumación, el municipio donde sucedieron los hechos, el tiempo promedio de resolución de
un caso para cada año y para todo el periodo, el sexo del autor, el sexo de la víctima, la
nacionalidad del autor, la edad del autor, las penas de prisión impuestas, la existencia o
inexistencia de relación previa entre autor y víctima, el detonante principal de los delitos, las
armas empleadas, y los meses, días, horas y lugares de comisión más frecuentes.
In the present work statistically analyzed the sentences of intencional homicides and murders judged by the Provincial Court of Murcia from 2007 to 2017. The study allows us to know exactly, for the period where the facts judged took place (1998-2017), the number of murders and intentional homicides, their degree of completion, the municipality where the events happened, the average time of resolution of a case for each year and for the entire period, the author's sex, the victim´s sex, the author's nationality, the author's age, the prison sentences imposed, the existence or inexistence of prior relationship between author and victim, the mobile of crimes, the weapons used and the most frequent months, days, hours and places of commission.
