Nuestro trabajo tiene la intención de publicar un conjunto de lagares excavados en
la roca, que existe en la parroquia de Santo Estevão, Chaves, norte de Portugal. El rico
pasado humano de este territorio merece una reflexión sobre la producción de vino
desde la época romana y de toda la Edad Media y Moderna.
