Abstract
El presente artículo se centra en la descripción de la ordenación de fuentes en el Reino de Valencia, cuyo diseño se realiza desde la preeminencia de la compilación, ordenación ex novo y fuente impor tantísima tanto por su territorialización como por su crecimiento como ius proprium, cuyo contenido fundamental permite la formulación del derecho ordenado como un binomio de fuero y privilegio, de observancia debida.
The present article concentrates in the description of the sources’ arrangement for the Kingdom of Valencia, whose design is realised from the compilation central role. It represents an ex novo arrange ment and the most important source by its territorialization as well as by its growth like ius proprium. Its fundamental content allows the formulation of the law arranged like a binomial of law and privile ge, being it of due observance.
Le présent article se centre sur la description de l’aménagement des sources juridiques dans le Royaume de Valence, dont la conception part de la prééminence de la compilation. Il s’agit d’un amé nagement ex novo et d’une importante source aussi bien par son territorialisation que par sa croissan ce comme ius proprium, dont le contenu fondamental permet la formulation du droit ordonné comme un binôme entre juridiction (fuero) et privilège, d’observance nécessaire.
Der Artikel konzentriert sich auf die Beschreibung der Ordnung von Quellen im Königreich Valencia, deren Entwurf sich umsetzt in der Vorrangstellung der Kompilation. Diese ist eine gänzlich neue Ordnung und äußerst wichtige Quelle sowohl wegen ihrer territorialisierenden Wirkung als auch wegen ihrer Zunahme an ius proprium, dessen Hauptinhalt die Formulierung von Recht erlaubt, das wie ein Binom von Foralrecht und Privileg geordnet ist und dem Beachtung (Observanz) geschuldet wird.
