dc.description.abstractEn este trabajo se analiza la actitud de los alumnos de magisterio hacia la profesión docente al ingresar en la escuela de magisterio, repercusión de los años de formación en esa actitud y disposición real de los alumnos al terminar la carrera hacia el ejercicio de la docencia y el de continuar estudios, alternativa seguida por muchos de ellos. Los resultados manifiestan falta de motivación significativa hacia la docencia al comienzo y final de la carrera, así como una insatisfacción formativa que les lleva a estudios posteriores.es
dc.description.abstractIn this study an analysis is made of the attitude of teaching training students towards the profession, at the beginning of the course, the repercusssion of the three training years on this attitude, and the true feelings of the students on the completion of their studies towards the career that lies ahead of them and towards continuing their studies, an alternative followed by many of them. The results show a lack of significant motivation towards the teaching profession both at the beginning and on completion of the course, as well as an insatisfaction towards the training received, which impels them to take up further studies.es
