Abstract
The importance of ideology and common sense is taking an increasingly relevant place in the construction of political speeches. The way to elaborate notions as State, freedom and justice, amongst others, is key to think about that importance. Bajtin’s conception about ideological material as something floating in history and expressing itself through sensitive materials (words, sounds and gestures), allows to understand literature as a discipline that works with particles of what appears as ideology in subjects’ emissions. This paper proposes two opposite frameworks of contamination referring to the relation between fiction and reality in the works of Rodolfo Walsh and Jorge Luis Borges in order to enlighten two different ways of dealing with politics.
