dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo analiza el concepto y función de los presupuestos procesales en el marco de la ejecución forzosa; la noción y naturaleza -procesal o material- del título ejecutivo; y el presupuesto material de la ejecución que es la acción ejecutiva. Respecto de ésta se defiende la necesidad de entenderla en sentido en concreto y se reflexiona sobre sus elementos constitutivos.es
dc.description.abstractThe present article analises the definition and concept of enforcement requirements in attention to the specific function of the enforcement civil process. The main objectives of there search are: on the one hand, systematize the precedent researches about the topic; and in the other hand introduce some new lines of discussion. Firstly, thearticle adaptes the concept of the procedural requirements with the purpose it can be useful in the field of enforcement; secondly, it exposes the differentthes is which author shave elaborated in order to explain the concept and legal nature of enforcement order; finally the paper analise sthe concept of executive action and the elements which formit.
