dc.description.abstract	En este trabajo abordamos la propuesta de “common good constitutionalism”, o constitucionalismo de bien común, recientemente propuesta por el teórico del derecho Adrian Vermeule (Harvard Law) desde la cual se busca ampliar un nuevo principio de gobierno mediante la estructura jurídica del derecho administrativo norteamericano y de esta manera transformar nuestra comprensión del realismo político y jurídico. Enmarcado en la discusión del nexo de poder del liberalismo autoritario tras la crisis de la legitimidad, este ensayo propone la categoría de “postliberalismo legal” para elucidar las capacidades morales y administrativas de un nuevo gobierno del bien común cuya orientación final es estabilizar lo social mediante una axiomática del orden.	es
dc.description.abstract	In this paper we analyze the recently launched juridical theory of “common good constitutionalism”, as elaborated by legal theorist and constitutional scholar, Adrian Vermeule (Harvard Law). This theory seeks to advance a new principle of government through the administrative state in the North American context, radically transforming our ideas regarding political and juridical realism. Our argument is framed within the discussion of the rise of authoritarian liberalism in the wake of the crisis of legitimacy and positivism, and it proposes the notion of “legal postliberalism” to account for the moral administrative capacities of the common good government, whose main end is to stabilize the social through an axiomatic of order.	es
