dc.description.abstractEl objetivo principal del artículo consiste es analizar la concepción de la técnica y la crítica a la modernidad en Ernst Jünger en los momentos cruciales de la Primera Guerra Mundial y la República de Weimar, como manifestaciones concretas de la consumación histórica del nihilismo y del declive del mundo burgués. Para Jünger, la experiencia de la Gran Guerra supuso el triunfo de la técnica, que no solo habría tenido un rol bélico decisivo, sino que prefiguraba una movilización total de la sociedad y la conformación de un orden nuevo. En este sentido, la técnica se impone como el fundamento metafísico de una época que se concreta en la figura del trabajador, que permite la superación del nihilismo, a través de la subsunción de trabajo a la violencia. Finalmente, se sintetizan las reflexiones de Jünger sobre la parcialidad y no actualidad de Weimar y se analiza su propuesta de movilización total, nacionalista e imperial.es
dc.description.abstractThe article analyses the conception of technique and the critique of Modernity in Ernst Jünger at the crucial moments of the First World War and the Weimar Republic, as paradigmatic manifestations of the historical consummation of nihilism and the decline of the bourgeois world. For Jünger, the experience of the Great War represents the triumph of the technique, which not only would have had a decisive warlike role, but also supposes a total mobilization of society and the formation of a new order. In this sense, the technique is imposed as the metaphysical foundation of an era that is revealed in the figure of the worker, which allows the overcoming of nihilism, through the subsumption of labour in violence. Finally, it is analysed Jünger’s reflections on the partiality and non-currently of Weimar and his proposal of total, nationalist and imperial mobilization.es
