dc.description.abstractEn la relación laboral, el empresario no es el único que por acción u omisión puede incumplir las prevenciones establecidas en la Ley de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. Como en todo contrato bilateral, la otra parte de la relación laboral, el trabajador,  está sujeto a determinados deberes que inexcusablemente deberá observar, dichos deberes oscilan entre usar adecuadamente la maquinaría que está a su cargo, hasta obedecer cualquier orden que emane del empresario (si bien con matices), debiendo tener, un comportamiento correcto, ya que en caso contrario podrá ser sancionado.es
