Abstract
Un acercamiento al Festival de Cante Flamenco de Lo Ferro y a su afán por
encontrar un cante representativo que, adoptando el gentilicio del lugar, sea emblema
del evento. Siguiendo un orden cronológico analizamos algunas de las propuestas de
ferreña, relacionadas respectivamente con los nombres de los cantaores Juanito
Valderrama, Alfredo Arrebola, Fosforito y Diego Clavel.
An approximation to Lo Ferro (Murcia-Spain) and to its Festival of cante flamenco (flamenco singing). The organization wants to find a flamenco song as emblem of the event. Following a chronological order we analyze s ome of the offers of ferreña , related respectively to the names of the flamenco singers J uanito Valderrama, Alfredo Arrebola, Fosforito and Diego Clavel.
