Abstract
The Constitutional Court resolved at the end of 2018 the appeal of unconstitutionality that had been filed against Organic Law 1/2014 of modification of the universal jurisdiction. After an analysis of the grounds, material and formal, the court has declared the constitutionality of the reform as well as the existence of a constitutional model of extraterritorial application of the Spanish criminal jurisdiction.
