dc.description.abstract	El presente estudio tiene como objetivo realizar una revisión del concepto de violencia sobre los menores en el ámbito familiar, desde una perspectiva socio-legal, con el propósito de esclarecer y visibilizar su alcance, tipología y factores de riesgo. En la actualidad este fenómeno ha mantenido un crecimiento constante, llegando a cifras realmente preocupantes, sin que por el momento, los avances legislativos introducidos por las Leyes 8/2015 y 26/2015, de modificación del sistema de protección a la infancia y a la adolescencia, permitan deducir un cambio de tendencia. La detección temprana, prevención y protección a la infancia maltratada exige redoblar esfuerzos coordinados desde distintas instancias e instituciones, para atender a este colectivo especialmente vulnerable.	es
dc.description.abstract	The present study aims to review the concept of violence against children in the family, from a socio-legal perspective, with the purpose of clarifying and making visible its scope, typology and risk factors. At present this phenomenon has maintained a constant growth, reaching really worrying numbers, without for the moment, the legislative advances introduced by Laws 8/2015 and 26/2015, of modification of the system of protection of childhood and adolescence , allow to deduce a change of tendency. The early detection, prevention and protection of battered children requires redoubling coordinated efforts from different agencies and institutions, to serve this especially vulnerable group.	es
