Abstract
Considerando el proceso de vinculación del rey de León y los concejos del reino por medio del fuero, logramos determinar qué se señaló a los representantes de los concejos en varios documentos antes y después de la asamblea de Alfonso IX de 1188. Por lo tanto, a partir de lo anterior, consideramos que la base social en el proceso de toma de decisiones tradicionales se ha ampliado. Ahora, de manera oficial, los concejos serán también los sostenedores de las acciones de la monarquía leonesa.
Considering the binding process of the King of León and the councils of the kingdom through the courts, we have determined that the representatives of the councils were indicated in various documents before and after the assembly of Alfonso IX of 1188. Therefore, beginning with aforementioned, the social base in the traditional decision making process had expanded. Now, officially speaking, the councils were now actors in the decisions of the Leon monarchy.
