Abstract
Las consecuencias sociales y económicas de la pandemia de Covid-19 han impactado también sobre el Derecho ambiental.Algunas tendencias evolutivas que eran ya visibles desde la Gran Recesión han venido a confluir con los nuevos retos de lalucha contra el cambio climático global. El presente estudio da cuenta de algunas de las transformaciones que se hacenvisibles en el ordenamiento jurídico y consigna retrocesos y avances en los ámbitos legislativo y jurisprudencial. -------
The social and economic consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic have also had an impact on environmental law. Someevolutionary trends that were already visible since the Great Recession have come to converge with the new challenges of thestruggle against global climate change. The present study offerss an account of some of the transformations that are visible inthe legal system and observes setbacks and advances in the legislative and jurisprudential fields.
