dc.description.abstract	Aunque al escribir estas líneas nos encontramos todavía en un momento de fuerte incertidumbre sobre la verdadera trascendencia y contenido del metaverso y, en consecuencia, las opiniones deberán entenderse circunscritas a una plano meramente hipotético y especulativo, no parece discutible que el Derecho del Trabajo será uno de los principales campos socio-jurídicos que en el futuro se verán afectados por la revolución de las realidades digitales asociadas al desarrollo del metaverso. Ello implica que los juristas debemos estar preparados e informados para recibir esta nueva realidad que incidirá en numerosas parcelas del ordenamiento jurídico, y concretamente impactará directamente en el mundo de las relaciones laborales.	es
dc.description.abstract	Although when writing these lines we are still in a moment of strong uncertainty about the true significance and content of the metaverse and, consequently, the opinions must be understood as limited to a merely hypothetical and speculative level, it does not seem debatable that labor law will be one of the main socio-legal fields that in the future will be affected by the revolution of digital realities associated with the development of the metaverse. This implies that jurists must be prepared and informed to receive this new reality that will be projected in numerous areas of the legal system, and specifically will have a direct impact on the world of labor relations.	es
