dc.description.abstract	La entrada de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) y de una nueva generación de sistemas informáticos que, a la vez que nos están haciendo plantearnos qué es ser un humano, han aumentado la posibilidad de gestionar ingentes cantidades de información en cualquier tiempo y lugar y que han permitido la deslocalización del trabajo presencial (o, al menos, algunas específicas tareas y funciones), la formación de un nuevo tipo de trabajador más flexible, pero también más transparente por el rastro tecnológico que va dejando a su paso, el aumento de las tareas relacionadas con la comunicación y con la coordinación de procesos y personas y la creación de nuevas necesidades formativas relacionadas con las tecnologías de la información y de la comunicación, con la IA, con las herramientas digitales y con el análisis y tratamiento de los datos.	es
