Abstract
El presente trabajo propone un estudio comparativo de dos sentencias de divorcio dictadas una en España, y la otra en Marruecos con fines descriptivos y traductológicos y con el objetivo de acercarse a la complejidad traductora de este tipo de textos. Para ello, ofreceremos, al principio, una breve comparación tipológico-textual y funcional de este tipo de constructos normativos. Después, analizaremos la macroestructura de las sentencias seleccionadas para detectar y poner de relieve sus similitudes y diferencias. Todo ello mediante la aplicación de las bases teóricas y metodológicas de la Textología comparada.
This paper presents a comparative study between two divorce decrees issued in Spain and Morocco with descriptive and translation purposes of approaching to the translational complexity of these type of texts. For this, on first place, a short textual-typological and functional comparison of these kind of normative constructs will be given. Then, the macrostructure of the selected decrees will be analyzed to identify and highlight the similarities and the differences between them. All this by applying the theoretical and methodological bases of contrastive textology.
