Description
Abstract
Until now there are mintaken the in-service training of teacher with the in-service teaching to teacher. Actually appear models, like this is supported in this paper, which advocate for a collective self-training of teachers related to their daily professional practice. It is required, however, its development since a universitary view for avoid the persistent scientifical age-minority condition in which the teachers are placed.
