Abstract
El presente trabajo establece las relaciones existentes entre diversos índices de eficacia de la escuela, calculados en base a los residuales de la regresión, tomando como datos básicos bien los datos individuales de los estudiantes, bien las medias de la escuela, ponderadas y no ponderadas en ambos casos. Los resultados encontrados en una muestra de 24 centros de Bachillerato a los que pertenecen 1.924 alumnos, muestran que: a) es posible identificar centros educativos con mayores y menores niveles de logro a los esperados; b) existe una relación muy alta entre los diversos índices de eficacia empleados; c) se encuentra una consistencia moderada en los índices de eficacia a través de las distintas asignaturas.
The present work stablish the relations among different school effectiveness indices based on residuals of regression; the indices were obtained on individual and group data level, unweighted and weighted by the number of student attending the school. The results obtained in 24 school and 1.924 students in these school, show what: a) there are schools whith more and minor mean achievement what these we expected, b) the school effectiveness indices employed were highly intercorrelated; and c) the school effectiveness indices were found to be somewhat stable across subject areas.
