dc.description.abstractEl artículo presenta una propuesta de lectura psicoanalítica de la conocida tesis IX sobre el ángel de la historia de W. Benjamin para dar cuenta de la interrelación entre memoria, recuerdo, duelo y conciencia. Más allá del motivo alegórico que representa el ángel, y que se refiere tanto a la dimensión catastrófica de los procesos históricos como a las posibilidades inmanentes de redención, el ángel y su posición con respecto a las ruinas dejadas atrás son síntomas de otra cosa: de otra forma de entender –y encararse– a la historia y a sus espectros.es
dc.description.abstractThe article presents a proposal of a psychoanalytic reading of the known IX thesis about angel of history of W. Benjamin to realize the interrelationship between memory, duel and conscience. Beyond the allegoric motive that represents the angel (and that refers both to the catastrophic dimension of the historical processes and to the immanent possibilities of redemption), the angel and his position regarding the ruins left behind are a symptom of another thing: another way of dealing –and to confront– to the history and to its specters.
