dc.description.abstract	El objetivo de este artículo consiste en presentar la evolución del contexto institucional que ha encuadrado el crecimiento agrícola de los regadíos del Segura durante los siglos XIX y XX. Se intenta explicar el sentido de dicha evolución analizando las complejas interacciones que comunican los ámbitos socio-económicos y tecnológicos con el institucional y destacando el importante papel de la lucha por el poder en el proceso de cambio.
dc.description.abstract	The aim of this paper consist in analyzing the institutional frame of the agricultura! growth shown for the irrigated land of Segura river during the 19th and 20th century. Firstly, i have tried to emphasize whit this purpose, the complex interactions surviving between, on the one hand, the institutional basis and the other, the economical and technological ones. Secondly, the role of the struggle for de power in the changing process.
