dc.description.abstract	Nuevos tiempos, nuevas formas, perspectivas de formación distintas, acordes a las necesidades que se plantean desde el ámbito educativo, y, sobre todo, desde los mismos profesores. Su formación es un tema tan interesante como complejo. Si educar es ayudar al individuo a desarrollarse en plenitud, el profesor necesita una formación que le oriente en su desarrollo personal, para derivar en el desarrollo profesional, en el que tiene que poner en marcha mecanismos de ayuda con los alumnos. La educación en valores es una necesidad hoy, pero nos preguntamos, ante todo, qué valores tienen los futuros profesores de Secundaria. Hemos aplicado el Test de Valores a un grupo de alumnos del CAP, de cuyos resultados hemos extraído unas pocas conclusiones, y hemos dejado abiertas muchas puertas a la interpretación.	es
dc.description.abstract	New time, new ways, different formation perspectives according to theeducation field needs, and even from the teachers needs. The teacher’s instruction is an issue so interesting like complex. If teach is help to the person for their full develop, the professor need an instruction that guide their personal develop to the professional develop. In this process the teacher need to start helping mechanism for the students. The value education is a today need, but we answer what are the values than the future High school teachers needs in their work. We applied the Values Test form a CAP Students. From their answer we obtain many conclusions, and we left a lot of issues to the interpretation.	es
