dc.description.abstract	La migración de Menores Extranjeros No Acompañados (MENA) es un fenómeno relevante en Europa. Toda actuación con el Colectivo MENA está enmarcada dentro del Principio de Interés Superior del Menor. Material y métodos. A partir de la recogida, tratamiento, observación y estudio de datos (estadísticas e informes) obtenidos de los Ministerios de Empleo e Interior, de la Fiscalía General del Estado, de las Comunidades Autónomas, de UNICEF, de Save the Children o de El Defensor del Pueblo, entre otros. Resultados. Con el análisis del fenómeno migratorio nacional así como del perfil del Colectivo MENA en particular (nacionalidad, sexo, edad y motivos de migración), se logra entender las pautas de conductas de estos menores y a su vez ayuda a definir la intervención social, educativa y psicológica -Plan de Caso- específica con cada uno de ellos. Discusión. La falta de coordinación y de pautas comunes de los Entes que trabajan con el Colectivo MENA induce a un análisis viciado, a una inadecuada evaluación inicial y por consiguiente un abordaje desacertado del Plan de Caso, el cual debe de ser individualizado, amoldado a las necesidades particulares de cada meno	es
dc.description.abstract	Migration of Foreign Unaccompanied Minors (MENA) is a remartiable phe-nomenon in Europe. All action with MENA Collective is framed within the Principle of Best Interest of the Child. Material and Methods. From the collection, treatment, observation and study of data (statistics and reports) obtained from the Ministries of Employment and Interior, the General Prosecu-tor of the State, the Autonomous Communities, UNICEF, Save the Children or the Ombudsman Office, among others. Results. According to the analysis of the national migration phenomenon a part from the profile of MENA Collective in especially (nationality, sex, age and reasons for migration), one can understand the patterns of behaviour of these children and it, in turn, helps to define the intervention social, educational and psychological- Plan of Case- specific with each of them. Discussion. The lack of coordination and common patterns of entities working with MENA Collective induces a contaminated analysis, inadequate initial assessment and therefore a misguided approach to the Plan of Case, which should be individualized, adapted to the particular needs of each child.
