Abstract
El texto analiza desde la problemática del acceso y el disfrute a libros an-tiguos y documentos históricos como un derecho cultural en México. El objetivo de esta reflexión es comprender la naturaleza jurídica del derecho cultural como garan-tía constitucional de salvaguarda de bienes patrimoniales mediante la difusión y co-nocimiento de su valor como riqueza cultural.
ABSTRACT: This paper focuses on the methods and techniques of verbal protocol as a methodological procedure used in researches on reading. The verbal protocol in-forms about the individuals own cognitive strategies during the execution of some reading tasks or while those are remembered and offers quantitative information to researchers. The verbal protocol has been an important tool to identify the metalin-guistics procedures towards reading. It is necessary to be attentive to the methodol-ogy used to collect and analyze the data obtained during verbalization.
