Abstract
Las nuevas tecnologías han supuesto una revolución en el campo de las relaciones de los ciudadanos con las Administraciones Públicas. En este trabajo se aborda el impacto que ha tenido o puede tener el empleo de las técnicas de la sociedad de la información al servicio de los contribuyentes y, en concreto, el nuevo régimen jurídico de la factura electrónica en España, los problemas que pueden surgir y, por último, la sugerencia de algunas soluciones.
The new technologies have involved an important revolution in the scope of the relationship between citizen and Civil Services. In this essay, is to broach the impact that use of information society’s techniques have had or might have in the service of the taxable person and, to be exact, the digital invoice’s new legal regulation, the problem that may emerge and, finally, suggest some solutions.
