Description
Abstract
de la vida (long life learning)
The so-called Bologna process in higher education in Europe requires re-framing of all of our theoretical and practical concepts with respect to teaching, university lecturers and transmission of knowledge. Lecturers will have to adapt to meet the high demands for quality which require not only professional but personal commitment. Teachers' training programmes will be modified, doubtless, substantially to adapt to the growing demands for processes other than the conventional teacher-student face on approach to e-learning, essential in the Era of IT and communication, where the process is seen as life long (life long learning).
