Abstract
Este artículo está basado en un limitado y aproximativo trabajo de campo llevado a cabo en un pueblo onubense cuyo actividad productiva aparece enfocada hacia la agricultura intensiva de cítricos y fresa. El objetivo inicial era aproximar se al perfil sociodemográfico y trayectorias sociolaborales de las mujeres inmigrantes ocupadas temporalmente en el campo, indagando también en sus condiciones de trabajo. Apoyándome en sus discursos, en este texto quiero ir un paso más allá y cuestionar el modelo de explotación laboral en sí mismo -fundamentado sobre el contrato temporal en origen que es el que finalmente impone, o cuando menos condiciona, esas condiciones laborales.
This article is based in a small work of investigation and carried out field on a onubense town whose productive activity appears focused towards the intensive agriculture of citruses and mills. The initial objective was to come near to the sociodemographic profile and socio-professional trajectories of the women immigrants occupied temporarily in the field, also investigating as its work. Supporting me in its speeches, in this text I want to go a step further on and to question the model of labor operation in itself - based on the temporary contract on origin that is the one that finally imposes, or at least conditions, those labor conditions.
