The methodology is quantitative and cross-sectional; a perception survey was applied on the evalu-ation of seven dimensions of satisfaction during October to December 2022, with a sample of 282 ecotourists. The results show that the dimensions of analysis that have the highest satisfac-tion index are Quality of services and Tourist attention (hospitality) with 9.9 each
