Los clientes buscan calidad y su fidelidad depende de la importancia y el desempeño de cada dimensión de la calidad del servicio. Así, este estudio tiene como objetivo identificar el nivel de importancia y desempeño de los atributos de calidad del servicio, desde la perspectiva de los antiguos clientes de un club de salud y estudiar el comportamiento de las variables género, nivel de educación, edad, precio, duración de la estancia yfrecuencia en relación con la importanciay el desempeño de los atributos de calidad del servicio, desde la perspectiva de los antiguos clientes de un club de salud.Los métodos se basaron en un cuestionario a una muestra de 101 antiguos clientes de un club de salud, utilizando el análisis desempeño-importancia y el ANCOVA para evaluar qué características de los antiguos clientes influyen en el diferencial entre desempeño e importancia, utilizando el género y la educación como factores y la edad, la cuota mensual, la duración de la estancia y la frecuencia mensual como covariables. Los resultados mostraron una influencia estadísticamente significativa de las variables género, educación, duración de la estancia y frecuencia en las dimensiones de importancia y desempeño
- PublicationOpen AccessAnalytical study of the reality of the application of administrative automation in sports clubs(Universidad de Murcia, Servicio de Publicaciones, 2022) Ali Rabeeah, Israa Jumaah; Malih, FatimahThe primary objective of this study was to identify the obstacles and problems encountered in the work of sports clubs according to the reality of the application of administrative automation. The present study was conducted in the sports club headquarters of Baghdad within the timeframe of October 2021 to December 2021. In the present study, a descriptive approach was used by the researchers in an analytical style according to the nature of the problem to be studied. The research community of the current study was composed of 100 sports clubs in the governorate of Baghdad. A total of 80 questionnaires were filled by the sample participants, who represented a percentage of 80% of the research community. After processing the results statistically using the SPSS software, the researchers concluded that sports clubs encounter a lot of difficulties regarding delay in implementing automation procedures in their administrative work, due to lack of financial allocations and lack of awareness among club workers regarding automation techniques.
- PublicationOpen AccessChangeable loyalties in cricket? A longitudinal qualitative study of Pakistan Super League fans(Universidad de Murcia. Servicio de publicaciones, 2021) Hasaan, AliCricket has always been known for its international level compe-titions; however, recently, league-format has been introduced into it. The purpose of the current study is to investigate the motives of fans’ loyalty (and disloyalty) in the context of Pakistan Super League (PSL). For this purpose, a longitudinal qualitative study was established among the PSL fans. The first study was conducted before the beginning of the PSL and the second study was conducted at the end of PSL. The responses of the participants indicated that the PSL fans have short-term and changeable loyalties. The study identified various reasons that motivate fans to detach from one team/athlete and attach to another team/athlete. In the context of teams, four motives emerged: performance, location, the team itself and the athlete; whereas, in the context of athletes, three different motives emerged: performance, off-field attributes and other on-field attributes. The results of the study are also discussed in the context of the previous literature.

El objetivo general del estudio fue conocer la gestión de los clubes de natación en Cataluña cumpliendo su función social y deportiva en el actual entorno competitivo de instalaciones deportivas. Los objetivos específicos fueron conocer sus valores en indicadores de gestión, así como saber si existen diferencias significativas entre los clubes según sus espacios y oferta deportiva. La muestra del estudio ha sido formada por 19 clubes deportivos de natación de Cataluña. El instrumento de recogida de datos fue un cuestionario adaptado a los objetivos del estudio, administra-do por correo electrónico a los gerentes de cada club. Los clubes obtienen los ingresos necesarios para lograr sus fines deportivos y sociales gracias a las cuotas de sus socios. Se encontraron diferencias significativas entre ellos según los espacios y oferta deportiva en diferentes indicadores de gestión analizados
- PublicationOpen AccessLa consideración de la propagación de errores en el análisis de importancia-valoración en gestión deportiva(Murcia: Servicio de Publicaciones de la Universidad de Murcia, 2018) Martínez García, José AntonioEl análisis de importancia-valoración es una herramienta cada vez más empleada en la gestión de servicios deportivos, pero necesita ser enfocado desde una perspectiva más completa a la hora de calcular y reportar los errores de medición. En esta investigación hemos dado las indicaciones precisas para ayudar a mejorar esta situación, fundamentalmente a través del cálculo de las barras de error y la propagación de errores para cualquier función que se construya empleando las variables originales: importancia y valoración. A través de la simulación de varias distribuciones de probabilidad hemos calculado la imprecisión en las estimaciones, desarrollando la aproximación de Taylor para computar la varianza de una función de las variables originales. Las implicaciones para la investigación y gestión deportiva son discutidas finalmente.
- PublicationOpen AccessDesigning and explaining the Quantum Productivity Model in the Ministry of Sport and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran(Murcia: Servicio de publicaciones de la Universidad de Murcia, 2020) Azimi Sanavi, Babak; Razavi, Mohammad Hosein; Talebpour, Mahdi; Nezhad, Anoushiravan KazemThis study aimed to design a quantum productivity model in the Iranian Ministry of Sport and Youth. The sample was composed of mana-gers and staff of the Ministry of Sport and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In the first part of the study, 14 people were interviewed through thematic analysis method. In the second part, 188 people completed the questionnaire. The research instruments were an interview and a question-naire of quantum productivity elaborated ad hoc. Data analysis was perfor-med with WarpPLS software. After analyzing the content network, coding and screening, 8 main components of quantum productivity were finally extracted. The prediction power of the designed model was analyzed using the coefficient of determination (R2) for the dependent variables, and it was concluded that the structural model of the present study has sufficient predictive power. Considering these results, it is recommended the use of this quantum productivity model in sports organizations.

The research included a total of 187 employees, of whom 75.4% were men and 24.6% were women, with a mean age of 40.18 ± 11.39 years. A job satisfaction survey comprising six factors and 28 items was administered. The results indicated that the highest-rated factors were work organization (3.34 ± 0.59) and overall evaluation (3.45 ± 0.52), suggesting a moderate level of satisfaction among employees. Additionally, no significant differences were observed based on gender (p> 0.05). Regarding age, significant differences were found only in the workplace factor, with employees over 56 years old (Mdn= 3.67, IQR= 0.66) reporting the highest satisfaction. Moreover, employees with a high school education (Mdn= 3.80, IQR= 0.40) exhibited greater satisfaction in job evaluation. No significant differences were reported across job areas (p> 0.05). Similarly, through a cluster analysis, three distinct worker profiles were identified, with the group of young women with university education being the least satisfied, and the group of older adults in the infrastructure area being the most satisfied.Finally, the study identified areas for improvement, including the optimization of material resources, enhancements in occupational safety and hygiene, and better opportunities for promotion and financial compensation.

Akbar Husein; Sugito; Puspodari; WedaThe level of satisfaction with the services provided to youth soccer coaching in Kediri, East Java, Indonesia is one form of success that has been carried out by the club in coaching youth soccer players. The satisfaction includes the player's assessment of the services of the football player coaching club which includes aspects of satisfaction such as tangible, reliability, responsibility, assurance, and empathy. The purpose of this study was to assess football players’ satisfaction with the services of a youth soccer coaching club in Kediri, East Java, Indonesia. The study used a descriptive research method with a survey research approach. The subjects of this study were 335 respondents from a youth soccer player coaching club in Kediri, East Java, Indonesia. We used a questionnaire to collect the data. The questionnaire was in the form of questions with a Likert scale. The results showed that the majority of respondents' assessment of each question item gave a good rating category. Based on the 19 question items given to the respondents, there are 58% or 11 items answering the satisfaction aspect with good results, then 32% or 6 items answering the satisfaction aspect with sufficient results, and 11% or 2 questions answering the satisfaction aspect with good results. very good. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the level of player satisfaction with the services of youth football coaching clubs in East Java, Indonesia, is in the good category.

All the clubs that had participated in more than 3 seasons of the last 17 seasons (2001-2019) of the Persian Gulf Pro League were analyzed in this study (n=26). The performance of each team (improvement or worse-ning in ranking) and their stability were analyzed year after year in the pe-riod 2001-2019. The stability was divided in four components: CEO, head coach, players and club. The statistical analysis was performed with the software SPSS. Stability significantly (p<0.05) increased performance and instability significantly (p<0.05) decreased performance of the clubs in the four components studied: CEO, head coach, players and club. Therefore, it is expected that the results of this study encourage Iranian football clubs to increase their stability

Servicio de publicaciones, 2023) Berruecos Licona, Patricia; Morquecho Sánchez, Raquel; Pineda Espejel, Antonio; Morales Sánchez, Verónica; León Alcerreca, María Fernanda; Ramírez Nava, RubénActualmente las instituciones deportivas se enfrentan a nuevos retos, que los impulsan a realizar cambios constantes con la finalidad de introducirse y posicionarse como instituciones competitivas del sector deportivo privado, al mismo tiempo que buscan nuevos enfoques para atraer la atención de antiguos y nuevos consumidores orientados en perspectivas como; la calidad y la fidelidad, por lo cual, el objetivo de este estudio es analizar la percepciónde la calidad y fidelidad en instituciones deportivas privadas respecto a la edad, género y tiempo de permanencia de los usuarios. Para dicho análisis se recabó una muestra de 347 voluntarios, pertenecientes a tres clubes deportivos privados (108 mujeres y 239 hombres), a la cual se le realizaron análisis de fiabilidad descriptivos y comparativos. Los resultados en las variables de calidad y fidelidad muestran diferencias significativas con respecto a la edad y género de los consumidores, contrario a lo obtenido en el tiempo de permanencia, donde los resultados no muestran una diferencia importante
