La tutoría sanitaria: mapa funcional ¿amenaza u oportunidad?
(Universidad de Murcia. Servicio de Publicaciones, 2011-01-17) Martínez Clares, Pilar; Martínez Juárez, Miriam
The medical tutor is a figure rarely mentioned in the regulation of the residency system of our country, and his/her tasks are both too general and unspecific. The current lack of studies in the medical context, which enhance the figure of the tutor from a competence-related and qualifying perspective, motivated us to present this article. Our aim is to describe the main purpose and the functions of the medical tutorials in order to find out the units and elements of competence of tutors of trainee specialists (tutor of residents) in the Region of Murcia (Spain). We intend to do this with the aid of a Functional Map and the Functional Analysis methodology in order to make advances in the identification of competences and in the need to define a professional profile following a process that develops from the general to the specific.
