The aim of this study is to analize the relationship between approaches to learning and academic and afective achievement. A total of 713 students participed in the study, from five Universities, selected among 22 in with the studies of Physical Activity and Sport Sciences during 2003- 2004. For the data collection two questionnaires has been used: Student Process Questionnaire (SPQ-2F) by Biggs and Kember and Questionnaire about Personal Aspects and Academics in University Students (CAPAEU). The results show significant relationship in the affective and academic achievement and the approaches to learning adapted, being the achievement higher in both cases students who adopt a deep approach to learning: they get better qualifications and feel more satisfied.
