    Diario de un nativo. El ejercicio narrativo como estrategia para el aprendizaje de la historia en Educación Primaria

    This paper presents a proposal to teach history in Primary Education (10-11 year olds), which is based on the development of a writing narrative. Specifically, the students are asked to write a journal page where the Columbus' arrival in America is described. But this account should be written under the point of view of the native people and be contextualized in that specific period. To develop such a task, some historical sources will be analysed by the students with the aim of providing them the historical context and some key contents in the discussion. They will also have a series of questions to guide the writing process. The implementation of the proposal showed interesting results, as the students were able to analyse the given sources and to identify the existing perspectives and their 'objectivity' as well as interpreting the specific episode chosen under a different point of view. The development of similar activities in history lessons will lead to the development of the historical thinking skills and favour the construction of historical knowledge.

    La Tarraconensis tardoantigua a partir de las fuentes escritas

    El análisis y la revisitación de fuentes primarias se erige como el principal objetivo del presente documento, en el cual se profundiza en el conocimiento de la Antigüedad Tardía circunscrita al área de la antigua provincia peninsular de la Tarraconense. No sólo la exégesis de fuentes próximas a la región y contemporáneas a los hechos forma parte de esta investigación sino también el estudio de la repercusión y del tratamiento de esta información en las últimas publicaciones científicas que se refieren a estos hechos. A partir de la simbiosis entre fuentes primarias y fuentes secundarias, hemos buscado detallar cómo ha tratado el análisis histórico la época visigoda en el sector nororiental de la península Ibérica.
