- PublicationOpen AccessLa adquisición de valores para la formación de los maestros en Educación Primaria(2017) Eva Ortiz Cermeño; Teoría e Historia de la EducaciónThis article is part of a research carried out since 1945 with the Primary Education Law, until the current Organic Law for the improvement of educational quality (LOMCE sp., 2013), based on the study plans of teachers in Spain. It is a question of specifying what way values like freedom, participation, cooperation, responsibility, discipline, equality, justice and respect are present in the subject "Contemporary Theories and Institutions of Education", in the third year of the degree of Primary Education. The methodology used has been qualitative and descriptive. It is concluded that the teaching of these values can have benefits in the training of future teachers because it contains relevant themes to life in democracy
