Moreover, the prescribed drugs or recovery exercises are offered in courses without the possibility of process adjustments. The relevance of the study isdetermined primarily by a large number of universal methods of restoration, if necessary, development of more patient-specific approach. The novelty of the study is determined by the fact that the human body is a dynamic system, the state of which is different at any time. The authors developed the idea of a stochastic process problem in the form of a system with a variable state, which can be utilized to generate a process, in order to build a technique for recognizing and predicting the state of dynamic systems. The authors showed that the dynamic system of the body can be considered not only as a process element, but also as a structure that allows to fully achieve recovery during the training period of athletes and their off-season indicators. The paperhas developed a model that allows to predict the state of the dynamic system and harmonise the load and the recovery process of the athlete's body. The developed method for identifying and predicting the state of dynamical systems with the improvement of the method of covariance functions factorisation makes it possible to determine the main matrices of a dynamical system using the Riccati equation.

Servicio de Publicaciones, 2024) Sundukova, Iryna; Stasenko, Oleksii; Lohvinova, Yaroslavа; Kovalova, Yuliia; Radionova, OlenaModern educational systems are aimed at the comprehensive development of young people, andphysical education is an integral means of such development. The article aimed to consider theintegration of physical culture in these systems, and its individual impact on youth health in terms ofmedical, educational, and sports industries, as one of the key factors in popularisation, to achieve themost objective overview. The key method in the study of thisissue was descriptive,as one thatallows full presenting the reviews of various studies on this topic from the perspective of modernscientific views. Methods of synthesis, analysis, abstraction, and analogies –allowed to approach thestudy of this topic comprehensively and consider one of the most important means of physical healththrough the prism of the use of theoretical methods of scientific knowledge. Thus, as a result of thiswork, this study was isolated, structured, formed, and combined into a single descriptive system.Physical culture is described as a means of strengthening the health of students in view of theirinclusion in various interrelated areas of socio-economic life. The materials of this article can beuseful as additional material for students, teachers, and researchers, to some extent physicians orspeechwriters interested in areas: education, health, and physical education as a separate discipline orindividualmeanstoimprove the qualityoflife, andalsoa widerange ofinterestedreaders.
