    Turismo de cerveza artesanal en Paraíba: evaluación AHP y evaluación de calidad de cervecerías

    This ar t icle presents a mul t i -cr i ter ia model based on the Analyt ic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to evaluate craf t brewer ies f rom a tour ism perspect ive, incorporat ing cr i ter ia f rom the Tourqual model . The study compr ises two main phases: st ructur ing the problem and applying the AHP method. The f i rst phase involves select ing craf t brewer ies in a speci f ic region, ident i fying decision makers , and using 13 Tourqual -based cr i ter ia. Subsequent ly, an evaluat ion mat r ix is const ructed, and the AHP method is appl ied to rank craf t brewer ies. The resul ts obtained when evaluat ing seve n brewer ies in Paraíba are consistent wi th exper ts ' opinions on craf t brewery tour ism. The pract ical impl icat ions highl ight the model 's potent ial as a formal tool in asses sing craf t brewer ies and suppor t ing decision - making processes in di f ferent tour ism ma nagement st ructures.
