Hernández, 1991) Wollina, UweAcrosyringium, duct and sccrctory cpithclium as well as m!wepithelial cells of human eccrine swcat glands have been characterized by different imm~~nos tainingpa tterns with nlono- and polyclonal antibodies to a wide spectrum of tissue antigcns. Using monoclonal antibodies to neuronspecific cnolase (NSE) and rnclanoma-associated antigens (LS 59. HMB-45. NKIIC-3) the expression of neuroectodcrmal antigens in sccretory coils was demonstrated. Myoepithelial cells were doublc-stained with polyclonal vimentin and monoclonal CAM 5.2 (against keratins nos. 8. 18. 19) antibodies.
