    The opportunities resulting from Web 2.0 and collaborative tools applied to teaching-learning process in the network leading to a reformulation of the paradigm of e-Learning, which is now called e-Learning 2.0, generated from terminal, where learning is seen as an informal process, marked by dynamic growth and development of networks. And as key to the construction of knowledge focuses on the use of the experiences and synergies of others, and the exploration of patterns of information. In this context characterized by a high connectivity between users and resources, opening total and permanent change in the shared construction of knowledge, comes the next generation of OA 2.0, which constitute important nodes of interdisciplinary, incorporating multiple learning experiences users in many different contexts that learning into context and provide it with greater meaning
